I am the IT manager for a small company and know very little about PABX programming. Our phones recently started routing all incoming calls to the attendant box and it seems that the extensions have been segmented such that extensions on one side of the office cannont call those on the other side. When a person tries to dial an extension or an external number they receive a CONGESTION message on the display. If anyone could provided me with some direction I would be very grateful!! We have an MD110 system with a Consono console. If there is any additional information needed let me know
