Hi all,

we have already a CIL software that provide call accounting. However i want to do more and i'm trying to understand how to get CIL data file from our MD110 BC11 servers.

I saw that this software do a FTP connection to a NIU board (?) and retrieve a "cab" file, that contains CIL file. Seems that this NIU can accept connection only from this IP, because i'm unable to connect from another machine, but i need this too !

Here's some command output:

<IONCP;
NETWORKING CONNECTION
NODE/IODEV LIM USER TYPE/CON IP PORT PROC
END

<CLDFP;
FILE ADMINISTRATION DATA
END

<CLINP;
CALL LOGGING DATA
CALL LOGGING MODE: ACTIVATED
MOBILITY LOGGING MODE: NOT ACTIVATED

ALL 0 ALL
ALL 11110 ALL
ALL 11111 ALL
ALL 11112 ALL
ALL 11113 ALL
ALL 11140 ALL
DIR LIM BPOS EVENT

END

<
TIME OUT WARNING

<EDFIP;

SMDR ACT
SI-0 READY/STARTED C
END

<EDEQP;

DEV EQU PRIO

END

<

Where i can see how it's configured that interface ?

Thanks, Michele

Hi,
I did not understand much, however, if you are sure you have seen the CAB file then you have the board AAU2.
The CAB file is generated by the board AAU2, you will find the connection between the board SIU (2-2-63 position) and the board AAU2.
The server of call accounting picks up the file (file CAB) via FTP from AAU2.
The board AAU2 has 3 serial ports and one port NETWORK, usually the NETWORK port is connected to a LAN SWITCH or directly to the server.
The card NIU in this case should not be involved.
Print command IODDP and we will have certainty
