Hi, I have just put a call trace on an extension number with the following command:

ctdei:dir=5455;

does anyone know the command to view the log?

I've also tried to cancel the command with ctdee:dir=5455; but this didn't end it. Does anyone know the command for ending it?

thanks in advance.

there is no log with this command, the printout is all what you get.

a real trace is done with STDNI:DIR=X; command
printout with STRAP:TRI=Y;

the printout needs to be intepreted by an expert though.

what is the real purpose of your trace?

/Daddy

thanks alot.

a member of staff wants to know a number which keeps calling them, and how many time they've rang.
