MD Disktool not responding

Hi to all,

I have encountered a problem using MD Disktool, it does not respond after tried to establish connection.
OS of my PC is Windows 8.1, 64bits. I tried deactivate/activate Windows Firewall & AVG Firewall still problem occurs.
I wonder if Firewall prevents it from connecting.

Thanks for the reply..problem been solved.. it seems there is fault in NIU, since after made restart I can now connect using MD Disktool.
