All,

I have been assigned to work on a project which I have to do remotetly (telnet log in). I am having problem logging in to the PBX , I have the IP address which is Ok, but all the username and password that I used ( including MDUSER | HELP) non of them worked. Is there a way to get into the PBX remotely or are there other default username and password to get into MD110 BC12 apart from MDUSER | HELP and the assigned password attached to the IP address.

UserID=MDUSER and password=HELP is the default Aastra / Ericson MD110 login.
Service providers always change this, so you will have to check again for your login credentials.

To be able to enter the credentials, however, you should send some "S" and a semicolon, like this:
SSSSSSSSSSSSS;
ENTER USER NAME
<MDUSER

ENTER PASSWORD
<****

(HELP is entered)

Now you should be logged on.

Thanks,

I have access to the PBX through the IP address and I know about the SSSSSS;
But the problem is a default password that I can use other than MDUSER | HELP.

if MDUSER / HELP does not work, it means that the account has been changed and NO there are no default "backdoors"
