Md 110 Bc 12 SP5.0 connecting with ASTERISK

The interconnection is 90% completed but the client wants the ease of Callback function between MD 110 and Asterisk and also the pickup group.

The two facilities do not work but I imagine that the group does not capture the work, but someone has already run BOTH??
