I've been asked to see if it is possible to setup some sort of Malicious Call Trace, that sends a signal back to the telco, who then start to monitor the call.
The telco is expecting to see recall *39#, which will trigger the tracing of the call. This signal has to come back over time slot 16 (D channel) on the ISDN30 circuit.
I then need to be able to program this under a button for the agents, so that if they receive a malicious call, they hit this button and the telco starts to trace the call and of course the calling party is not to be made aware of this, ie not to hear any tones.
It's been suggested to me to use the truck flash feature button, but I'm not sure what the trunk flash feature does or if it will help. If the trunk flash feature is the way to go, what is recall on the definity and can I program the trunk flash and recall *39# under 1 button???
Thanks in advance.
