Hi,

I've got a problem with Vshield 4.5.x and the epo Agent...
The deployment starts with a logonscript... when the user
stops this procedure, and the epo agent isn't installed correctly, the mcshield process uses 100% of the CPU Time.
As solution I installed the epo Agent a second time and all is fine!
But my IT environment is very huge (up to 3000 pc's)
and it's a boring job...
Has anyone a usefull tip for me.

best regards,
Steve

You can run the ePO agent install in silent mode so that the end user doesn't kill the procedure. You may would like to add some kind of installation check as well to see if the agent is already installed. See example:

if exist C:\ePOAgent\nul goto end
POAGINST.EXE -s
:end

Hope this helps.
