McShield - Netshield Gives Watson Errors on TSE

Hi,

I have a NT 4 Terminal Server which is giving users "Dr Watson" errors with McShield - Exception access vialation (0XC000005) Address 0X00455AC6.

Netshield is 4.5 SP1 with latest Dats/Engines but has been happening since 4.5 SP0 with base dats/engines...

This appears to happen randomly, although I havent managed to do any programmatic testing yet..

Any ideas?
