Hello,

I am an MCSE in NT4 - about to start MCSE 2003, not particullay sure which exam to start with 70-290 ? I was thinking of starting with 70-294.
Any advice would be appreaciated - I am looking at Sybex study guides.

I'd recommend starting with the xp exam, and moving up from there to the 290 then the 291, etc. The concepts build on each other frm the previous tests and some material from previous tests is covered in the later tests.

Agree w/ mrdenny.

Take the XP.

Take 290... 291...

I think taking the 290 first is a must because it covers a wide range of topics some of which are throughout the rest of the exams.

I hear the MS Press self paced books are good also (Have not used them myself).

Agreed, 270 first, then 290.

I'm doing 284 (exchange) out of sequence and it's hard.

A lot of the NT4 work will help you - permissions, booting and volumes etc haven't changed much since NT4.
