MCSE 2003 - billing rates

Any suggestions...

Once certified what is a realistic rate to bill a client for your time? $100, $150? What is the going hourly billing rate for a certified individuals hours?

What should be an expected salary? (2 years experience and fresh MCSE 2003)

It depends... look on the internet for "Dollarization"... don't look for generic stuff that will lock you into someone else's expectations...
