Hi,

I have a department with 17 users that each has from 3-8 client MCRs programmed per phone unit. Almost all have the following CLS:

CLS UNR FBA WTA LPR PUA MTD FND HTA ADD HFA
MWA LMPN RMMD SMWD AAD IMD XHD IRD NID OLD VCE DRG1
POD DSX VMD CMSD CCSD SWD LNA CNDA
CFTD SFD DDV CNID CDCA MSID DAPA BFED RCBD
ICDD CDMD MCTD CLBD AUTU
GPUD DPUD DNDD CFXA ARHD CLTD ASCD
CPFA CPTA ABDD CFHD FICD NAID BUZZ AHD
DDGA NAMA
USRD ULAD RTDD RBDD RBHD PGND OCBD FLXD FTTU

The problem is that at times, if one client MCR is not answered after 4 rings, instead of going to voicemail, it will rollover to the next available extension on the phone unit itself. I have tried various combinations of CLS settings to see if I can control this from happening, including HTD, putting a feature between every other client extension, etc. but it is still happening. Each user has a secondary line that is set up on HUNT, LHK. The users do not want to go to ACD formats even though they are treating this as a call-center setup. Would it be worth it to create a phantom TN with all the client extensions being MARPed on this set with HTD? With each user having a secondary extension, they do not want to have their callers receive a busy signal before rolling over to the operator - instead, they want their extensions to go into their voicemail if the 2nd line is not answered. One additional problem is that if one user receives a call on his regular extension and it is busy, it rolls over to a client extension on his phone - even though it is programmed with a second extension for him and the HTA/HUNT/LHK are set up properly.

I know I am probably missing something basic here but I am at my wits end with this. Any ideas are greatly appreciated!

I've created a new TN using it as the prime MARP for all the extensions with the roll over issues. The TN is:

fdn phone 1 to phone 2 to phone 3 to phone 4 to phone.. it will follow for 3 fna's only. but if i make that chain 10 numbers long i can call stat 4 and forward to 5 then 6.. make sure all phones have key 0 marped. change rco to a greater number. find someone setting at their desk and not answering, and fire them. remember hunt does not see a phone that is not answered, ever. and hta fna only see marped extensions. hunt = 000 lhk = 10 hunts up my phone for 10 numbers until it reaches a vacant line. all lines busy gets a busy back. if hunt= (voice mail) lhk =10,same effect except under all lines busy goes to vm
