All,

We have an MCR set up on five phones here. The users now want this MCR 8280 to call forward by Time of Day to an announcement that i have set up.

The time of day is from 10pm till 9am.

Also they want it to Hunt to announcement on Bank Holidays.

Has anyone any ideas on this? I've never come accross this before?

Any help appreciated.

Joxer

you'll need to send the orig dialed digits to a time of day schedule in mail or use day and night idc tables in load 49, the idc is the cleanest but requires your switch to be in nights for the secondary target. night service is automatic when the console unplugs the handset of activates the night button. the only tod schedule in the switch is out bound routing.. you could build a work around using that but it would take some advanced options that you might not be confortable with.. sending number out and back in would be my last choice..

John,

Would it be possible to get some details of setting up the time of day via mail and the cls to include on the marped phone of the MCR's?

Cheers,

Joxer.

class is not an issue on mcr keys

ld 49 new idc change the inbound aaaa to bbbb
that takes it off the phone and gives it back to you

ld 16 apply the idc table to inbound trunks as day and night idc
idc=yes
didc=1
nidc=1

make bbbb a acd maxp 1 ncfw to cccc1..

in the mail voice service dn table..
define cccc as a time of day
bus hour service id dddd points to a menu service, the trailing 1 dials menu choice 1 which sends the call to your mcr

non business service id can point to express mail, a new mcr, scr etc..

your talking about 30 min to program, 2 hours to explain, sorry but i am not a very good instructor...
