MCR on 6 phones

I have set up a DN as MCR that forwards to VM after 4 rings on 6 phones.

It is now being reported that not all the phones start ringing at the same time, and one of the phone only gets to 2 rings before they all stop and the call is forwarded to VM.

Anybody have a clue where to start looking?

Or am I just looking for MCR to do something it is not designed to do?

It might be easier to post all 6 TN's here. The MCR works fine in normal use but check if other users were on the phone on a different DN as this will affect the ringing.
