Please can you help I have a user who has a MCR key on there telephone and I need to take it off can someone advise me how to do this.

do a chg to their phone?
change the key to something else
ie
ld 11
req = chg
type = whatever the phone is
echg = yes
item key xx nul or adl 12 or anything else
then return through till you get to req again
It's not getting any smarter out there. You have to come to terms with stupidity, and make it work for you.

It wont let me do that a pldn is also set up too

ok you'll ahve to remove them from the hunt group as well
go to ld 22
and prt the ght's
find the lsno with the extn in it
go to ld 18 and take out the extn from the lsno.
You should then be able to change the key
