MCR Group forwarding off site

Hello,

Due to the Pandemic, I have a group that is looking to send their calls off site. You call their main line, its various conditions controllers and such, get's to a menu, press whatever to get to them. We have a MCR with 3 lines on about 12 phones. We tried forwarding the main line (Checked the Call forwarding external was on and DN Length) and it did not work. is there a way to forward this off site to a cell phone or anything?

You could create an ACD queue and NCFW it to the cell phone. Test it by dialling the ACD queue. If it works, then change the main number to point to the ACD queue.

Another option is Personal Call Assistant (PCA) if you have license(s). If you have supervised trunks, it functions like MCR even to external numbers.
 
forward should work from the MARP set only, but either of the above is another option, or a phantom just to give another possibility.
