MCR external transfer issues on 61C

Hi,

I have a department where several users have multiple MCR lines on their 2616 phones. I have a 61C - Release 24, Issue 25.

Here is a typical printout of a TN. Any ideas of what I should look for in the CLS?

Sorry - forgot to add the problem! My users are not able to transfer an external call from one of the MCR lines to another external phone number. Any ideas?

can you pls print out NET DATA in LD 21.

look at your CDB for an option set to CFO. Try changing it to CFF.

I just checked - the CDB definitely has CFF.

You can turn trunk to trunk transfer on, but I think it is the multiple appearance of the DN that is causing your problem.

Example from above phone:

You want to forward all calls terminating on

MCR 4870 Phoenix Investors to an office in Austin, TX.

You would need to have a phone that has control of the MARP for that MCR key and forward that phone.

Look in the NTP Features and Services Book 3 of 3 on page 2219 for the text book explanation.

I don't know if this helps.

If the MCR is recreated as an ACD group, would it be transferrable then?

SURE BUT IT WONT BE AN MCR ANYMORE, AND YOU'LL HAVE TO CHANGE ALL THOSE PHONES TO AN ACD GRP.
