I am new to the microsoft certs and also a little skeptical from what I have read in this forum about mcse being a joke. I would like to switch careers in to network engineering, but all the interviews I've had requires me to either have mcse or 3 yrs experience. I am going after entry level work here but nothing has com thru as yet. My question is how many test does one have to take to be mcp certified??? I am hearing conflicting stories depending on who I talk to.
Thanx in advance

1 Microsoft test. Systems level or systems related (Used to be). It may be any Microsoft test now. It is true that many places are looking for experience. Entry level positions are about dried up. They are getting far and few between. Getting certified will help. James Collins
