Installing, Configuring, and Administering Microsoft Windows XP Professional.

anyone know how in depth this certification is. is there any new concepts the average computer geek will have trouble grasping? can i learn all i need to from a study guide/book? or should i look for a training course.

also any recommendations on study guide/book would be appreciated. (Microsoft/Exam Cram/Exam Prep/Etc.)
