MCK PBXGateway problems

I have some issues with my MCK PBXGateway 6000. It stopped working and when I connected to it via console port, it was trying to boot, but had lost its default.M6B file. I found one and loaded it into flash. Now when it boots, it is in an endless loop. Refer to this closed thread for the same issue: thread461-1112768.

I need to know if there is no hope and that the device will need to be replaced.
