MCK One Way Audio issue

Has anyone ever had an intermittent one way audio issue with the MCK Extenders. I reboot both the LOCAL and REMOTE and everything is ok with the 8 handsets and then after about 10 minutes you can dial and the other person can hear you but you can not hear them. There is nothing on the MCK Forum.
