MCK not working on MCR PBX

Hi!

My MCK units are not working on farend of newly installed MCR connected to Opt.61c 5.50J+. When I try to connect by dialing the DID to the MCK unit, it seems to connect...display shows "wait for time and date" but display is unchanged (suppose to be a phone that was programmed at the far end facility). Later, it shows a "connection error" and "carrier lost". All phones and analog lines at farend is working normally. Any help would be appreciated.

Did they ever work? It sounds to me like the remote units are programmed with the wrong settings.

By the way, I don't know what an "MCR PBX" is. I assume it is irrelevant though.

make sure both MCK's are programmed, then I'd call MCK, the support is real good!
 
Make sure that the port on the gateway is matched correctly to the remote port on the extender.
