To reset the password, power up the unit and wait until it prompts you for the password. At this time, press and hold the reset until both WAN led's flash at the same time (approx. 10 - 15 seconds) then release. This will reboot the unit and should clear out the password. Hope this helps save your bacon like it did when I found it!
