Hey all,

Have a MCK 843a (switch module) and MCK 843z (remote module) called in sales docs "The NT Extender". I have been trying to find programming manuals, but no luck. It accomplishes the same thing as the Citel Extender 1000u. Which is, extending a Digital phone from the PBX/Key system to a remote user, using an analog line.

Just curious if any one have the programming docs, and could forward those on/post them here. Looking to save some money for a customer.

Thanks,

Es

Have you tried going to Citel and signup for their support downloads? They probably have the manual available.

Done that,
The oldest manual is 1000u device.

The 843a sales doc, has a date of 1996 on it. :)

As you probably know, MCK -> Citel -> Torta USA (keeping the Citel name). Through all that, they probably tossed the doc's on the old stuff.

I did chat with tech's over there, they were friendly, but couldn't find the doc.

Thanks for the suggestion!

oopps..

They have a Norstar MICS. (forgot that this was the meridian group). I usually visit/post on this group...anyways.

I will post in the Norstar group, just for giggles.

Thanks,

ES

p.s. to upgrade the MICS, would be to, replace with BCM 50 or 450...which has potential, just need to provide a cost analysis.
