I have a MCIS software ver. 4.1 and need to upgrade to keep PRI routes from dropping when system looses power. Question is: When I power down system and change to new software, will I loose all programming? If so how do I save all programming?

You only need to swap out the NVRAM (outer portion of the s/w assembly)to correct that problem. This was a known issue with the Rls 01 NVRAMs.
Document your System ID number. (F**SYSID)
Perform a backup first, power down and swap the NVRAM, power up.
Restore from backup.
Confirm your Sys ID. If it changed, you'll need to regenerate your PRI Enabler keycode.
