MCIS problems

Line 1 and line 3 are in constant use and cannot find the sorce of where they are being used from. How do I correct this. I rebooted the system and the call pilotis inactive now.

Sounds like the lines are "hung". Go into Maintenance/Module status/and disable and enable trunk card

If disabling and re-enabling the co card does not work swap it out with another co card. Make sure the power is off of the ksu before you swap out the card
