Hello all! I was in the hopes that maybe someone has run across this in their travels and would be willing to part with the solution.....
I have a customer that is running MCIS 5.0 and recently turned up a PRI with the Telco. All calls into the PRI complete, but the caller never hears ringing.
I am configured for NI2 and the telco is configured for NI2.
Is there a setting I am missing for providing this??
Any information would be greatly helpful!
