I have a legacy IVR system that used to be connected to an Avaya switch using SMDI integration via a VoiceBridge unit. Now we want to connect it to an NEC 2400 IPX system, but I'm not sure how the NEC MCI integration works. I have found a VoiceBridge unit for NEC(model VB-205) online and am just wondering if it'll work before I buy it.
Does anyone here have any experience with using VoiceBridge units? Are there other integration devices I could use?
