Hello,
I figured this one out...I was able to record the #8 plus the number into a voice segment and when I play the voice segment it recognizes the digits. The thing I was getting tripped up on was if I was using the same phone I was recording from , it wouldn't capture the DTMF...If I used a different phone to play the DTMF and hold it up to the phone that was recording, I would get a fast busy due to incorrect digits. Finally, I figured out that if I initiated a phone call first with the phone that was going to produce the DTMF tones, then I was able to press whatever digits without getting the fast busy...
