MCDN, QSIG, and IP Trunks?

I am going to set up my first IP trunks next week. I only purchased the IP trunks for each site. I am considering the other keycodes if needed. Will I be able to put a set in the remote location on a hunt group at the main location? I was not sure how i plan to route the IP calls. The new location is a new setup, and DN's have not been numbered. My DN's at the main site are 4 digits. Any advice would be great. I will definately pay for the MCDN or QSIG if needed.
