We need to specify a new phone system involving 6 locations a follows:

1 BCM400 (or 450) with a PRI and 20 stations
3 BCM50s with 7, 8 and 10 stations
2 BSR222 locations with 2/3 IP phones.

The desired call handling: All calls to come in to the BCM400 (or 450) and to be distributed, via Intelligent Contact Center, to 12 agents with 3 Skillsets (languages) in 6 locations.

Do we need MCDN licenses in addition to VoIP Trunk/Client keycodes?
If so, does each BCM require an MCDN keycode?
Do we need DPNSS at all? ...in each BCM?

BTW, centralized voicemail is not necessary.

Thanks for any suggestions.

DPNSS is not needed but i would install MCDN in each location even if you don't need centralized voicemail, that would allow caller ID to go through Voip Trunks from the Bcm400 to the remote bcm's and you don't need to program 2 target lines per set.(1 for public, 1 for private).
