McData Eclipse 1620

Hi,

We have two of these Eclipse 1620's but have lost the modify password for one of them.
I have tried to ask Brocade for help but our support agreement has expired and we are struggling to get it renewed.
Can anyone tell me how to factory reset this back to it's default passwords?
