Customer signed up with Level 3 for SIP trunk services. They have MPLS network with them.
MCD is release 6.0 and customer does not have MBG. Calls are going through CPE firewall which their IT group manage.
Link is up and can make calls both ways however no audio.
Customer opened up the firewall for testing and still no streaming. That said did not see any blocked packets either.
Looking for suggestions

Without proxy via an MBG they will need to make sure handsets can reach SIP Server directly.

Voice traffic will be peer - peer from handset to SIP server

sounds like this is not currently allowed .

No way or one way audio is normally routing or firewall related

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

Check if the firewall is performing ALG functions on the packets. Most service providers don't want the firewall to do this as they perform this function. [pre][/pre]

Have been successful in resolving no audio issues.
Client's IT tech and firewall vendor engineer, revisited the firwall rules.
Note: Configuring proxy server to Level3's SBC was a requirement as well.
