MCD 6 Cluster Remote BLF. 1

Customer IT tech wants specific extensions grouped in a specific controller. This requires deleting some extensions from one controller to recreate them in another. On attempting to delete the extensions I get an error, "Delete Remote Hosts from the Remote Busy Lamp Groups Form". I imagine this is telling me I have to look for the extension I am deleting in the Remote Hosts section. The extension not only doesn't exist in its current controller BLF Group Form, it doesn't exist elsewhere. BTW, the BLF forms are not SDS shared and the extensions I am working with were resilient, but I removed the secondary controller from programming. Am I missing something or am I dealing with a corruption? Mr. IT loves getting his fingers into the database.

How are you searching the form. I would export to .CSV and use EXCEL search tools.

There's not that many entries....just doing a visual search.

You were correct KWB. I was looking at the form cross-eyed apparently and did not see that there were multiple pages. Exporting to csv showed me a lot more information than I believed was there.
