MCD 6.0 PR1 No ringing on blind transfer.

Customer has a recently installed 3300 on MCD 6.0 PR1 and when transferring calls there is no sound until the phone is picked up or NU-Point VM answers.
Any Ideas?

usually because its set to supervised transfer and that uses MOH and you haven't got MOH on the system. try and set it to unsupervised and that gives you ringing on transfer.

What Wireman50 says is true if a voicemail is making the transfer.

Another possibility is that the COS option Music on transfer is enabled.

Thanks for the replies, I have the COS for Lines/VM Ports/Users all set for no music on transfer.
I guess the supervised transfer option is set on the NU-Point which I dont have remote access to so will need to visit site?
