MCD 5.0 SP1 Personal Contact Numbers Fails

Personal contact numbers for cell phone does not transfer to cell. Call goes to auto Attendent and plays prompt invalid mail box number. Trunk to trunk transfer works well. Calls can be transfered though a menu mail box to a speed dial off site which works well.

the COS of the VM port must have Non-Verified Account Codes enabled and the Account code length must match the number of digits in the voicemail extension. Otherwise the maximum number of outbound digits is 7

This is all correct, but I am unsure if I really need to reboot the controller after I added the Non-verified account code access code.

I'm not sure what you mean with respect to adding a non verified account code. There's nothing to add, it's non- verified nothing to match.

If the vm port is capable of calling out then you only need the option enabled and the digit length to match
