I've done this before on Non-Virtual systems many times

VM ports have the appropriate Rad options
VM ports configured correctly to play Rad when called (and do so when called directly)
When the VM ports are placed in a RAD huntgroup they do not answer when the HG pilot is called (returns Dialtone)
When the HG is designated as the ist alternative for the 5550 Console LDN, the calls simply continue to ring for both the console and caller
If I designate the RAD port directly as the 1st alt destination, the 5550 stops ringing and the Rad port picks up

I've double and triple checked all of my COS options and config

Is is possible this is a vMCD thing?

KWB,

I have tested RAD hunt groups in vMCD and it works exactly as it does on the MXe Controller.

I removed the first 4 DNs from the embedded voicemail HG, changed their COS as per ACD course manual, recorded RAD greeting 001 through voicemail 9999, created rad set 10 with greeting 001, and then changed geetings in VM Greetings for the first 4 ports.

Last I created HG 5556 (Terminal) as type RAD and added the 4 DNs I had first removed from Voicemail HG.

It worked great when calling any of the 4 ports individually, or by calling the HG Pilot Number.

Do you want me to attach COS for Rad ports?

Regards,

Daniel

Daniel - Your efforts more than deserve a star.

Proving that it was not a virtual thing forced me to quadruple check.

Turns out that my programming in the Service Assignment was offset by 1 field

Instead of programming Day , N1 and N2 to be 8 (My Rad COS)

I programmed N1, N2, and Cor1 as 8's

Visually it looked correct and I didn't see it until I was forced to.
