This is a weird one, im not sure if this can be done or not, i need to produce a music source from the MCD 5.0 on CX controller, the customer creates and loads there own file for Music On Hold via System Audio File Update, they would like to be able to connect this same music to a paging zone in their lobby so waiting customers hear their advertisements etc.., i suggested an mp3 player but they want one point to load the file, also they have multiple locations and dont want to physically go to each site and load the file in a mp3 player just remotly in to each system. any ideas?

MCD 5.0 Music Question

Is the page zone controller an external unit? If so, it should have a background music input. Any digital music device could be connect to that input. That device could be connected to a pc (via usb) or a network (if capable) and files uploaded to it remotely. They would just need to make a copy of their MOH file in the proper format (Mp3, WAV, etc..)
