I have a client that is asking to integrate to a Shoretel via SIP. I know it is not supported by Mitel but was wondering if anyone has done so?

No but it is most likely possible but will take some "frigging" around with settings on your part in both platforms to get it working. You check the latest Mitel SIP coe?
