Hello. We have had a couple of strange things occur while deploying several new IP phones on our new 4.2 MCD. We have half a dozen IP phones that are behaving as if they are in DND. This does not appear to have occurred via the normal process. The 5330 IP shows no DND icon in the upper left corner of the display. Activating and Deactivating DND and rebooting does not help. No call forwarding enabled. Call routing is to route to voicemail on a no answer condition. This is true for DID calls as well as internal. Any thoughts as to how to restore service? Thanks!

More information: The systems indicates "I'm sorry extension xxxx is currently on the phone" This is the same message received when a phone is in DND. I looked up the features of two IP phones. One is in DND and the other is not. Both play this system message. Example below:

IP Device ID: 1
Circuit Location : 1 3 1 1 1
Extension : 4660
Active Features :
Do Not Disturb
Phone Lock: UnLocked
MAC Address : 08:00:0F:57:A0:86

IP Device ID: 5
Circuit Location : 1 3 1 5 1
Extension : 4661
Active Features :
Phone Lock: UnLocked
MAC Address : 08:00:0F:55:8E:3F

I figured it out! Class of service..hmmm..hah! Thanks!
