MCD 4.1 SP1 AMC Sync Error

Hi,
I have recently upgraded 2 3300 controllers to MCD 4.1 (from 9). Since then I have not been able to license them online. It worked ok during the upgrade via the software installer tool on my laptop, but now when I go to sync it comes back pretty quickly with the following error:

LOGERR(75): EOF was observed that violates the protocol. The client probably provided invalid authentication information. Detail: SSL connect failed in tcp_connect()

I used to be able to sync online on previous versions and, as far as I'm aware, nothing has changed on the network.

Does anyone have any ideas please?

The only thing stopping it is either your firewall blocking port 22 or your DNS settings on the controller

It's working now. It was being blocked by their network. They have a rule on their firewall to prompt for authentication when users access the internet and the controllers were part of the network that gets prompted. I asked them to remove the controllers from being authenticated and it worked!
