Has anyone used scheduler in MCD4.1? I set up a schedule for day-service and night-service to occur weekly monday-friday. Everything looks fine except when the first of the month falls on a weekday. For example this thursday is July 1st and the day-service is missing. After that the schedule looks normal for the rest of the month.

Are you in Canada? Have you assigned July 1 as a Holiday?

I'm in Hawaii. And I have not set any Holidays.

Unfortunately I don't have a 4.1 box readily available to play with.

July 1 is a holiday in Canada. Mitel is a Canadian Company.

Methinks they might've booboo'd.

IS Sept 1st,Oct 1st and Nov 1st also Canadian Holidays?

New information = new theory.

Unfortunately, none forthcoming. As you are in Hawaii, you'll probably have to wait until the next business day for the rest of the world. I'm only 3 hours ahead of you but the rest are way way ahead. Except for maybe the Australians who are so far ahead they're behind.

Just tested ours. 10.1.1.11_2 Same thing. No day service on 1st of the month.
Ooops.

I have an open ticket with tech support. No feedback yet. Maybe if we all open trouble tickets they'll fix it faster. Lucky for us we only have one customer using the scheduler.

A nice trick is to rely on the customer to set day mode and only use the scheduler to set night mode.

For the record only July 1st is a set holiday in Canada. It is called Canada Day.

There may be no i in team but there are three f's in fudge off.

LoopyLou - Are you a Canadian?

I am, out of Edmonton Alberta.

Turns out that on July 1st the scheduler did work. The day service kicked in and after it started I could see it in the calander.

Still sounds like it needs fixin'

Thanks for letting us know.
