MCD 4.1 Backup Issue

Hi There,

I can not download the Backup file from MCD 4.1, it comes up with a error that the Hardrive might be write protected or the path in invalid.

This happens on XP & on windows 7.

Please can someone help with this issue as it is very important to have a backup.

Are you using IE8 ?

if so there is a setting under Security to Include local directory path when uploading files to a server - this must be set to enable

I had the setting enabled and it still said that the local path is write protected & check it the local path is valid.
