MCD 4.0 Hot desk flashing DSS key

Hi Guys,

Is there a way of turning off the flashing DSS keys when a hot desk user is logged out? The customer has found this an unwelcome feature upgrading from ver 8 to MCD 4.0.

I dont believe so, we reaised a DCR for this but dont believe its been acknowledged.
I agree its annoying!!!!

I spoke to Mitel, they reckon MCD 4.1 will have an option to turn it on/off. Probably in COS.

I do not see this on my road map for 4.1.

I have road map info right up to what is "potentially considered for 5.0".

I hope something gets done about it cos the only thing more annoying than the flashing lights is the users phoning me up asking why they are flashing. Might set up a message only mailbox to inform them so I don't keep repeating myself.
