Hello. We have a unique scenario whereby we have remote teleworkering sites that wish to display a general number when dialing outbound rather than their DID or the BTN on the PRI we are using. Its been about a year since I went through this set up in ARS. At that time, I believe I added the range of dn's with the appropriate DID number to match the desired result for outbound caller ID delivery. I thought it was in ARS digit modification tables? Can anyone direct me to the appropriate location and setup. Much appreciated! Thanks
