MCC to G650 Noise on Calls

I will try to explain this best i can :)

we upgraded From MCC to G650 and s8720 servers ..

Currently we have the odd trunk thats noices to the handsets and it seems to be only across port nextworks

example

call comes in on 01a0401 trunks and agent on 02a0101 collects the call.. theres seems to be noise and we cant seem to find out where its coming from ... ds1 have been changed and medpros.. all current firmware is loaded...

has anyone come across anything like this ?
