You can create your own spam list (good luck!) or you can use an RBL like MAPS or ORDB. Links to these sites can be accessed from the question mark icon on the console.
IIRC, the e250 will check against this list if an email comes in. If its in the list, it drops the mail, if not, it lets it through after scanning.
