Mcafee services problem

Hi,
I HAVE NETSHIELD 4.5 LOADED IN WINDOWS 2000 SERVER
I FACE A PROBLEM WHEREIN THE SERVICES GETS DISABLED EVERTTIME WHEREIN SOMETIMES IT STARTS WHN I SAY ENABLE BUT SOMETIMES IT DOESN'T

CAN SOMEBODY HELP ME OUT

Are you running Exchange on this server? If so is this virus scanner Exchange aware? If not make sure you exclude the Exchange databases and the M: drive from being scanned.

Is it the services with Netshield 4.5 on the server or on the client machines? Are you using ePO Agent and if so, what version?

Keep in mind, if you create scheduled tasks in ePO then you have no control over the settings. Does the server push policies? I was told this by McAfee. Please provide more info.

hi,
yes i do have a exchange server loaded in the server,
but this is not the case with this server itself it gets disabled in other servers where windows .net is also installed
