McAfee service stops very friquently with 7031 event ID

Windows reports event ID 7031 when an application stops unexpectedly.
Network Associates (McAfee) have seen this problem before and, if you call their technical support, you will likely be told this is a Microsoft problem and referred to the following article:

I also saw this today its 7031 errors for several sources
