my customer want to protect the mas1 & 2 by the mcafee enterprise version 8.0.0.
now the customer has the problem, that he can't install the mcafee framework service (error code 1920)
the mcafee framework service is needed for the updates...

avaya told me: the installation of an anti virus software is the responsibility by the customer.

does anyone have an idee

I have some customers using Trend Micro for their anti virus.

Keep in mind that it is not recommended to have the anti-virus running live mode. You should schedule scans for after hours during low usage times.
